The 5-Step Formula:

Here it is:  First, identify where the central false belief is located (body or mind). Second, identify what the central false belief is. Third, articulate to the person (this is optional) the central false belief. Fourth (optional, sometimes not possible), pinpoint the exact moment an untruth was accepted by either the body or mind, leading to the formation of the central false belief. It may go all the way back to the person's grandfather/mother, or even further than that. It simply depends on to what degree the disorder is a result of genetic/physiological susceptibility and to what degree environmental factors played a role. Fifth, replace the central false belief with the equivalent truth. If the pathology is environmentally induced, hypnosis appears to be the technique with the greatest capacity to alter the structure of the psyche. It is, as far as I can tell, almost certainly and almost always, the best tool for this task. The reason being is because it allows the sub...

The TBP Model (now symmetrical)

I asked ChatGPT to make my model symmetrical and it actually did a pretty good job. Here it is:

Truth:

The exchange/realization of truth is curative.

I'm still waiting:

I'm still waiting for mental health professionals (as well as lay people) to finally see and understand the reality of chakras. They exist. I will very confidently say that. Knowing they exist (and acting as if they exist) could be extremely helpful and help us find effective treatment options for various psychopathologies.  Come on guys, try to catch up.

Schizo-Depression Theory:

"If we say reality as it truly were, we would all lose our minds." I can't find the origin of this quote but I know I saw it in a YouTube thumbnail a while back. It is certainly the case that self-consciousness arises because of the interaction between two phenomena, the objective brain and the subjective mind. Our self-consciousness is the one thing we cannot doubt. Descartes said it when he said "I think, therefore I am". Benjamin Davies used this fact to prove the validity of the superjective perspective (a term he coined) in philosophy. What Benjamin Davies did is, in my estimation, nothing short of remarkable. I highly recommend his YouTube channel as well as his book. But this isn't a paper about philosophy. The point is there is something else to be discovered from this fact. Imagine this: you are born, but you have no body. You are not physical. This cannot happen because, as Benjamin Davies pointed out, the only way for someone to directly experie...

People

Need to re-learn how to drive. Good lord.

Society

Is so fucking dumb. We don’t help each other. Empathy is diminishing. Faux compassion replaces it.

Thoughts: WARNING - Raw

Sometimes I wish I could die.  Sometimes I wish I had never been born. Sometimes I wish I could disappear and everybody who ever knew me would forget. I don’t feel human. I feel like I’ve lost my dignity,  I know numbing my mind is a bad thing but sometimes I don’t care. I’m doing it right now.

We act dumb:

We chase happiness, something which shouldn't be the ultimate goal. We get stressed over things that don't matter. We refuse to think critically (which is actually just to think). Most people can't even do basic math. We listen and vote for people who don't have our best interest at heart and who are not very intelligent or good at forming solid arguments. We stupidly illegalized a class of drugs which tremendous amounts of evidence suggests has extraordinary potential for healing. We think our individual schema of something has the power to change the collective view without making a good case for why our schema is right.  More often than not, we act more like monkeys than humans.  Most people have no notion how absurdly powerful the human mind and spirit is. Perhaps this is the core truth which needs to be communicated to the masses.
