Introduction - A little bit about me

Hello. My name is Brent David Nestberg. I currently reside in Taylors, South Carolina (very close to Tigerville though). I'm about six foot one inches, one hundred and sixty pounds. I am the youngest in my family which has six people. I am 20 years old and haven't moved out of the house yet (will be doing that at some point after I turn 21). I am enrolled in college at North Greenville University. The major I'm pursuing is psychology, though it's possible I'll switch at some point. I've been at NGU a little longer than one semester. I mostly enjoy it.

I'm not exactly sure how to describe myself. I suppose I'll start with my personality. I am usually very introverted. I really don't like conflict (or rarely do). I sometimes have high energy while other times I'm somewhat melancholic. Sometimes I'm passionate, other times I'm apathetic. I'm not particularly social (generally speaking). I'm mentally slow sometimes; people have said that I'm smart which I don't really understand. I have had a number of hobbies and interests throughout my life including basketball, cubing, beatboxing, and making YouTube videos. Right now my interests include reading and writing, hence why I've started this blog. Another thing I enjoy is exploring various questions, trying to understand things more clearly. I also like the TV shows Psych and The Mentalist as well as the BBC series Sherlock Holmes. 

There's a lot that goes in inside of my head that I will likely share in the near future. I suppose the biggest question I'm currently trying to answer is what I should do for the next several years of my life. Perhaps this blog will allow me to sort out my mind and help me answer that question. Currently my best guess is to become a psychologist of some kind.
